All of our parcels are shipped from the European Union (EU), Hungary, and within EU you will not have any additional cost due to customs or tax procedures in your destination country.

However, if your country is outside the EU - you will eventually have to pay taxes or duties on imported goods when the package arrives to your destination country. Since these customs procedure rules are different in every country, there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork, codes, laws, or rulings of every single country of 240 countries worldwide. Therefore, we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out relevant information before you order. 

This means that all shipments being sent to and from a different country must be custom cleared when entering destination country. And this applies to all online trades worldwide. Same happens when you order from large online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, etc. This customs procedure has nothing to do with us as a seller but is mandatory due to local laws in destination countries. Each country in the world has its own specific import procedures, duties and taxes applied during the import procedure. Sometimes you do not have to pay anything but sometimes your customs authorities will apply a customs and tax rate based on invoice value that will incur additional costs to you from 10-20% precent on average in total. This money goes to your government and has nothing to do with us as a seller. But most often you will not have any additional costs and you will receive your package smoothly.

So - It is always buyer's responsibilities to clear customs and to pay the relevant customs duties to customs authorities in the country of destination. We don't add taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. You pay us the price showed on our website, i.e. item(s) total price + shipping cost for what we send you an invoice to your email and another paper invoice with your package and other documents such as the item(s) return form.

However, goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes. And the good thing is that these duties and taxes are never too high so do not worry.

If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes, you shall pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s) or you will be called to come to your local post office eventually depending on the delivery service you have chosen during the checkout. We can't calculate this for you and there is no way to pre-pay it. If you are drop-shipping or sending a gift item to someone, please make sure they are aware of the possibility of having to pay taxes when receiving the goods.
